This mat cools naturally through heat transfer. When your pet lies on it, the surface helps move heat and humidity away from the skin while the inner layer absorbs body heat. It’s designed to provide a gentle, soothing cooling effect.

The cooling pad can be used both indoor and outdoor. For the best performance, place the mat in a shaded area. Like any cooling fabric, direct sun can reduce cooling efficiency.

Is it safe for pets?

It’s designed for safe everyday use. It does not contain any toxic substances, such as glues, crystals, or gel. Even in the event of the mat being punctured or damaged by the pet, there is no risk of ingesting any harmful substances.

Is it machine washable? How long does it take to dry?

The cooling pad is machine washable (gentle cycle, low spin). It dries quickly and typically air-dries in a few hours.
