Is this heating pad safe to leave on overnight or when we’re not home? I’m concerned about overheating or fire hazards.

Yes. It features an auto shut-off timer and smart overheat protection for safety. All components are made from UL-certified materials, ensuring reliable and consistent performance you can count on.

My 12-year-old dog has arthritis – will this pad actually help with his joint pain? What temperature is recommended?

Yes! The gentle heat is excellent for soothing arthritis pain and stiff joints in senior pets. We recommend starting on the low or medium-low setting (1 or 2) and observing their comfort.

How chew-resistant is the cord? I have a teething puppy who chews everything. What happens if the cord gets damaged?

The cord has a tough, industrial-grade chew-resistant coating. It completely covered whole 7ft power cord. We still recommend hiding the cord. If damaged, stop use immediately and contact our support team for assistance.

How waterproof is it really? My cat occasionally has accidents and my dog tracks in mud – can I wipe it down easily?

The inner pad is made of IP68 PVC material, you can easily wipe it clean with a damp cloth to handle accidental pet stains or muddy paw prints.The soft cloth cover is machine washable, It can be easily disassembled and washed even when it gets dirty.

How much will this increase my electricity bill? We live in a cold climate would likely use it daily throughout winter

This heating pad is extremely energy-efficient. For example, the highest power setting (size S) is only 55 watts, which is less energy-consuming than a standard light bulb. Even with daily use, the impact on your electricity bill will be negligible.
